Seattle’s never made it to the World Series, despite three ALCS appearances during their golden years with Ken Griffey Jr. and Ichiro Suzuki. Toronto reached the mountaintop twice, winning back-to-back championships in 1992 and 1993, but hasn’t returned to the Fall Classic since.
One of those championship droughts ends Monday night.
